1. Provider

2. Booking, trial classes, prices and schedule
Requests are made via the booking form. A trial class is confirmed only by our reply, one per new client; no contract arises until place, price and schedule are confirmed. Prices are in UAH and include taxes. Schedules and instructors may change; we give advance notice.
3. Cancellation and refunds
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before class free of charge; later cancellations and no-shows may be charged in full. Refunds for unused confirmed classes are paid within 14 days by the original method.
4. Adult classes (18+)
Adult classes are for clients aged 18 or over; age may be verified before the first visit. Under-18s attend only with written parental consent in designated groups.
5. Complaints
Send complaints to contact@cloudabspace.com or +380 935 726 1533; we reply within 10 business days. You may also contact the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection.
6. Data, cookies and language
We process personal data per our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy; non-essential cookies require prior consent. Consumer information is also provided in Ukrainian.
