2. Data we collect
Enquiry and booking forms: name, email, phone, selected class or package, preferred schedule and message. Analytics: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referral source.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We answer enquiries, confirm bookings, deliver dance services, issue payment documents, handle cancellations and complaints, and — with your prior consent only — run marketing analytics. Bases: consent, contract, legal obligations (Закон України «Про електронну комерцію» № 675-VIII від 03.09.2015; Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» № 3153-IX від 10.06.2023).
4. Retention and recipients
Enquiries: 12 months. Bookings and accounting records: 3 years. Analytics: 14 months. Data is then deleted or anonymised. Recipients are hosting, email and analytics processors bound by contract, and state authorities on lawful request. We never sell personal data.
5. Cookies
Essential cookies are used without consent. Non-essential analytics and marketing cookies are set only after prior informed consent, which you may refuse or withdraw in the cookie banner. Details are in our Cookie Policy (Закон України «Про електронні комунікації» № 1954-IX від 16.12.2021).
6. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time by writing to contact@cloudabspace.com. We reply within 30 days.
7. Complaints and language
Contact us first. You may also complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights (data protection) or the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection (consumer matters).
